Submitting your art:
Just send the link, we make the rest. If you do that as bullet or just as command doesn't matter!
It should be Dalek, or at least, Doctor Who related. But I think there are enough people who like it to make that kind of art!
At the moment there are no restrictions in the amount of art you submit at one day, but if you send to much there will be one and don't wounder if it needs a little longer to load 'em up!
